Questions, answered.
Do free credits expire?
No. Free credits never expire, the same as credits you buy, and they work in the web chat, the desktop app and the CLI.
Can I claim a reward twice?
No. Each reward pays once per account. Duplicate accounts and fake joins don’t count, and can cost you the reward.
Why didn’t my friend count?
A Discord friend needs a Discord account at least 7 days old, new to our server, and still there when you claim. A NoGuard friend counts once they’ve verified their email and sent a first message from their own network.
Where are Rewards in the app?
